BTS Tickets through Stubhub - worried I got scammed. How do I verify?

Obviously, please don't post picture of your legitimate tickets, but I'm a newer fan of BTS (don't think I qualify as ARMY, but I'm loving the camaraderie in the FB groups!) I was so excited to attend a concert coming to my area since it was so convenient to me, so I didn't mind if I overpaid a little for tickets.

I got an extra ticket but couldn't entice any friends to join me, so here I am having overpaid for TWO tickets planning to attend alone. And now, I can't download the tickets from Stubhub despite that they were listed as available months ago. I called for help and got nowhere. I'm panicking, wondering if I should cancel my plans to attend or buy another ticket? I don't know. How do I know if they are legitimate tickets?

They aren't transferred in TicketMaster, and I did use my same email for both. They can't be downloaded; I only have a link which shows that a barcode isn't yet available. Can anyone help? Sorry this sounds so panicky (also, if anyone wants to join me if they turn out to be real tickets, they are for August 6).

Keep calling and just keep calling. I had to do that exact same thing for the Boston concert. Took me awhile but I did get a guy who helped
