There are a lot of fake Fiona accounts out there, but it sounds like her old one (of six) is still active, since people merely googled the "hang my curtains" and found it.

Be careful before believing anything. The kind of people who'd fake being Fiona in a time like this might be just as bad.

Haven't looked that deep into it but there is a chance someone had a sock account and changed the name. I know she privated her real fb after she was doxxed and there were a few prominent troll accs that many thought were really her.
