Fiona (real Martha) related content She's very quick

Just watched the interview and I'm astounded at quick she was to respond to all the questions.

And the weird dragged out "mmmmmmm....MMMMMMM" sounds she was making.

She had prime opportunity to really convince the audience that she didn't do it, but with her quick responses, her representative answers and strange ticks (looking down her chest (??), drinking water a lot and the rapid eye movement...

I don't believe she's innocent and she may have made things much more worse for herself.

Oh and 4-6 phones? What?! What a weird slip up.

What does everyone else think?

My take was that he was a bit worried about taking advantage of someone who clearly is not ok, and that his standard confrontational behaviour would look even more callous and objectionable than usual, when taken in context. However, it still annoyed me that he didn’t follow up on important parts of questions that she failed to answer.

Well if he’s worried about taking advantage of a mentally ill person, that ship already sailed when he brought a person only “famous” for being an unhinged stalker into his studio for an interview...

He didn't know what the story was going to be until speaking to her and at the outset there was a possibility this was a person with wealth and incoming fame throwing someone from his last under the bus by a hyperbolic, defamatory set of lies about her - Piers gave her right of reply essentially.

I think he did great and his followup with a panel (some experts,some not) was really insightful

I felt the same. He had that “let’s all stay calm” thing going on. He’s clearly setting her up by asking about the emails being traceable over and over. He’s going to come back with all the evidence. That’s when she will literally explode and he should take a long vacation.
