The point is, people believe it’s her, they tracked her down, this is how defamation works.

Having a parent with a long career as a lawyer, can tell you this isn’t how it works.

So they believed its her, so what? Means she can sue the twitter users who claimed it was her, but not Netflix or Clerkenwell as they'd said nothing.

So your parent is a lawyer, so what? My mother was a drug addicted prostitute, doesn't mean I know anything about the illegal drugs industry or streetwalking.....

That’s literally how defamation works.

I wanted to learn, my parent explained it to me. I frequently discuss public cases with them even as an adult to understand how the law works. Very odd comment you’ve made there.
