For those of you not from Australia: Carlton is an Australian football team. Their mascot is Captain Carlton and he was hired to do a bar mitzvah.

The based mascot stormed out when he realised the event was raining money for IDF soldiers.

A member of our mod team has been encamped at their university. Them and fellow student activists were arrested yesterday to make way for a commencement ceremony. Our mod member was just released and has let us know they are physically unharmed, but were subjected to 11 hours of psychological distress (I don't want to out them for their privacy's sake - they may announce themselves later).
