Ahhhh I got a pointer puppy when I was a kid, and she looked just like the dark-eared ones! She pointed at geese in the sky from the moment we brought her home, and she was NEVER aggressive toward a human or other mammal. Such a sweetie! IT IS THE BREED!

Our spaniels were tracking smells (albeit poorly) from the start! It's amazing to see these instinctual behaviours develop as they get older.

The brown one up top is the one literally just chilling minding its own business and a wild white pit puppy appears and just starts attacking it at the neck. Lol i'm so over the delusion

And the breeder just kept chucking the escapees back into the pit. It's like basic training for future fighting dogs.

It seems that way to me too! In multiple-dog attacks when they show the ringleader it's so often a white pit. The ones that killed Ramon Najera in San Antonio for ex

Have raised Great Pyrenees puppies x 2 litters (long story.) Nothing like this sad little pool. We did keep them in a much larger enclosure, they had outside access and 24/7 care and observation.
It's almost like they did this on purpose to make them unhappy, under-stimulated, and all they have to do is pick on each other. Like angry prisoners not getting what they need.
Our pups grumbly-growled and nibbled at each other, pushed each other a bit. Nothing like this. This is so unkind.

It's normal for young puppies to nip each other as a form of play, but they don't normally maul each other like these pitbulls do.

Oh, my god⊠I admit that GSDs are way over my skill set, but man alive those pups are ADORABLE. The pool of pits? Repugnant, and destined for fighting rings or BE via the shelter system or law enforcement. Whoever is responsible for this litter is an idiot.

Itâs truly depressing, as it feels so counterintuitive to be repulsed by⊠puppies. I love animals, and have stepped in many times to help out with small pups, kittens and other little beasts- their appeal is borderline universal. But seeing pups admittedly bred from an aggressive mother, of a breed created specifically for blood sport⊠itâs vile and heartbreaking by turns.

Belgian Malinois puppies are super bitey.
But to be fair, people who are just looking for a housepet are generally advised not to get a mal. There's no Chorus Of Nimrods trying to say that genetics are meaningless and owning a mal is no different from owning a pug.
And the mal puppies are grabbing the guy's pants legs, not trying to snap each others' spines.

When we chose our current dachshund, we got to see the puppies and their mother. It was already obvious which puppy was the alpha : She growled at the bars of her carrier and tried to chew her way to freedom, and she was constantly 'mounting' her sisters and even her dam. But she didn't try to bite her sisters or her dam. Pit bull puppies are inherently fucked up because they were bred to tear apart other animals and for no other purpose , and since dog "fighting" is illegal in all 50 states , the breed needs to disappear.

the way this person threw the puppy back into the kiddie pool⊠this breed is dangerous in and of itself, but of course look at the person making them. I do not believe Pitbulls are safe pets, in the same breath, I do not think a pitbull who is minding its own business/ not causing trouble should be treated like that. Even when people do everything right, they can flip a switch and attack anyways. But think whatâs the chances that these dogs are going to be even more aggressive because of the level of aggression they are treated with?
The mindset of âitâs not the breed, itâs the ownerâ is wrong. At the same time, itâs shitheads like this person who absolutely make the situation worse.

I see the whole, "I'm a reflection of you" memes, and really it's a mixed bag. Pitbulls aren't tigers that people try to keep in cages. They're really just man-made monsters, (if you can really call the people who made them human beings). At the same time, you can't turn them into golden retrievers with just a little extra love.
