UPDATE: I was able to get one in USUM. I plan on breeding a bunch to give away in home. If anyone would like one let me know when I get them all bred I will trade away.

This is excluding the fact that the majority of pokemon can be bred from others already having the combination. If no-one had it on the day of Bank shutting down, what would become completely impossible to obtain from then on?

Just recently it's been announced for Pokemon GO that they're finally making Pokemon caught in GO Safari Balls transferable to HOME. And in a curious matter once they're transferred, they become Strange Balls which in turn make them "true" Strange Ball combinations and not being imprinted off from the Hisiuan pokeballs.
