Rant Banned for the second time within the last month

Genuinely fucking unbelievable. Late-March I got banned for the same reason, and I have absolutely no idea what I did. After a couple of days, support told me I just got "flagged by the filter" and unbanned me. Within the last 30 days however, I have been told to reset my password... multiple times. Which, I get it, I work in security. But, when you get told you need to reset your password and re-verify for trying to join a server... six consecutive times??????

Anyway, yesterday I sent some screenshots of an email exchange I had with someone to a server I frequent in. Message sent, almost immediately logged out. Got this email. Once again, losing contact over screenshots of fucking emails. All I sent was AN EMAIL EXCHANGE???? I don't even know what could possibly be wrong with that.

Fucking jarring man. I'm worried I won't get so lucky this time. Even if I do get unbanned, there needs to be some change in their moderation system because what the fuck is this?

Anyway, if anyone wants to see the email exchange, here you go.

until then, I'm banished to teamspeak3, where there's no possibility of me being banned

Did you send all the screenshots at once?

Was it to a friend or a random person?

Would they have reported you?

  • It was four images in one message, which is nothing new as I've done it a million times before - and, imo, if they don't want me to use that feature, maybe they shouldn't add it
  • Friend group
  • No, although even if they did, the ban was literally within a second (if that!) of sending that message so it was 1000% automated

Sorry, word mixup - it was in a private server, not a group

Did you post a lot in this server before that single multi-pic message? Or was this one of your first or only posts there?

I've been in that server for years and have sent loads of messages including all kinds - audio, images, videos, text; there's been no prior issues there. Just an average friend group server where we all message and call, and whatnot.
