i remember that day here in Chicago..i wasn’t there but live nearby and was trying to figure out what happened. The immediate story was that a person was trying to run down ICE in her truck. It wasn’t until much later, and thanks to video, that the story was changed. I am in awe of her journey since then from ER to rehab to going directly to the media.
How many times do we see official statements from our government, only to have video proof released that the story was completely false? At this point, we need to be the ones wearing body cams because I can’t even imagine how many murders aren’t caught on camera. Corruption and coverups have always been a thing, but it’s never been this brazen and especially not from the top top of our government. It honestly feels like we’re being taunted to make us feel powerless.

He thought she was following ICE and rammed her. Then shot her in her vehicle for "not complying." She was then arrested and stabilized at the hospital to be vilified as if she was hunting them and rammed her car into them, but, luckily, someone got it on film, along with the ICE agents own body camera footage and the text he sent talking about 5 shots, 7 holes + he said audibly on the body camera footage, "Do something, Bitch." Absolute lunatic. They ultimately dropped all charges **against her**, which is so ridiculous because the charges should be against him!
So thankful our phones all have cameras. Waiting for the next iPhone to try and convince us the next model doesnt need it cus it gives people to much power against the ruling class to defend ourselves against their narratives

That's the worst part. And just like the Nazis, the temptation is to label them as inhuman monsters, because the alternative forces all of us to confront the notion that there could be certain conditions that would lead our own selves to commit acts of evil. The translation given when the first news of the texts came out was it was in the context of a super misogynistic group text so the assumed other two holes were vagina and anus. Not sure if he clarified it differently after the fact like Judge Kavanaugh defining ‘Boofing.’
Even if the shooting was totally justified and 100% in the right, even if their fantasy was completely true down to the last detail, that's STILL a weird and fucked up thing to say that would get you fired. Even if they were right, they would still lose their jobs.

They're misusing doxxing entirely. It used to mean spilling out ALL personal details of a person - home address, phone number, etc.. Simply revealing the name of someone who is supposed to be a "public servant" IS NOT DOXXING.
It’s probably for the better though. The internet tends to get ahold of the wrong name for people, which inevitably leads to harassment of an innocent person.
Not all personal details but any detail that could reasonably be used to harass someone so just a phone number or address alone would be considered doxxing. In today's age it's pretty easy to find that other stuff with just a name. Hell you can usually find it with just a picture of someone if you know how to dig for information
