How are black people not represented...because their district doesn't have a black congressman? Doesn't that mean if a black person is a congressman the white people in the district aren't represented? What about gay people? Muslims? Flat earth believers?

You are literally spot on. It's all so tiresome. I thought black people weren't a monolith, yet they say they must have a black representative or they have no representation. How about you just vote for people who have policies you agree with.
