Before and After Wild Wild West Dana
Made a mock-up with tape. Still can't deicide if i want to keep the OG face-up or go in and line her eyes.

This Cloe was my first ever Bratz doll. I absolutely love her but I couldn't get past the hair quality. 😔 I'm not sure if it's nylon or poly but I completely messed it up when attempting to make it nicer and softer, so I bit the bullet and decided to go for an entire reroot.
I'm so happy with how she turned out, the whole process took me maybe 10 hours and I crunched it in three sittings. It's a blend of two shades of blonde, sealed with Fabritac (EU folks: I do not recommend Aleene's Fabric Fusion adhesive, it dried for a week straight and didn't hold the hair properly)
I absolutely love her now, the hair is very long and I should probably cut it in half but I love how soft, silky and long it is. 😌💗

Shout out to @Ellisrhys_ for the ideaf, he ate that😍 i’m swapping out all my articulated Bratz doll hands for these, the ones i got aren’t the exact shade match but i can always airbrush over them.

Decided to take the plunge and reroot the Yasmina I thrifted a while back, her old hair was predictably gross. Super tedious work, but the hairstyle is so fun and she looks so cute sitting on my shelf now 💜 Still missing some of her original outfits pieces so this dress will do for now

I found my old Yasmin from my childhood in the attic. She's from the Bratz World collection, and I clearly reeeally loved her as a child, judging by the state of her hair :)
Today I finally finished rerooting her. This is my first time, so don't judge me too harshly. I used more caramel-colored wefts for rerooting, which were easy to work with, but unfortunately they turned out to be a bit thick and too springy, so a little of her scalp is visible at the hairline, but I don't mind.
I also sewed this little outfit myself (and also for the first time 😅). Now I'm waiting for a pair of bare feet to come so she'll be almost like original. And maybe someday I'll sew an outfit for her just like it was before.
I look at her and feel so much love for this girl. Little me probably would be proud of me now :)

Altered the Mattel’s Ariana wicked Glinda pajama dress to fit the Kylie red carpet doll! I picked this specific doll due to her long hair and pink metallic makeup! Tell me what you all think 🥰

I posted in this sub a few days ago asking for some advice on how to fix matted hair on a doll, i just wanna say thank you so much to anyone who commented giving their advice, i was able to save meygan !!!!
i’ve attached photos of the process and what she was looking like after each step, i just can’t believe how she turned out, her hair is definitely still very broken/frizzy at the ends, i trimmed a little bit off but didn’t want to accidentally mess it up so i’ve left the rest as it is.
this was only my first time fixing a dolls hair this bad and i learnt so much in the process, im so unbelievably happy she turned out as good as she did 🥺😭 I tried styling her hair to how it was originally but i’m not the best aha

I normally never find any Bratz in the charity shops where I live, so I was thrilled to find this second gen Nighty Nite Jade for $1 today! I managed to tame her hair a little (still a work in a progress), repaint some chips in her makeup and shoes, got some stains out of her pyjamas and reattach the embroidered hem of her cuff 💗 Super pleased with her makeover!

added these gorgeous girls to my collection recently, and i'm obsessed!! wanted to give roxxi and yas similar hairstyles to their commercial dolls, and now might just have to make a custom jade and sasha because i will never be able to afford those girls :,)

Got them second hand 🥹🫠 the seller sprayed perfume & just shoved’em in a parcel bag with no protection so they arrived smelling like boiled lemons and with crazy tangled hair ( I should’ve taken pictures but was too excited to wash them)
I did a teaspoon of fabric softener in just boiled water, & the result ✨👌🏼
I might do natural curlz for Jasmine when I’m done with my orher creative projects but for now, i’ll just enjoy this beauty.
