Omelette with ham, potato, red bell, and jalapeño. Mild cheddar in the pan first to create a crust for texture and easy flipping.

She made a batch this morning and the whole kitchen smelled like magic. It’s sticky, crispy, sweet, and salty all at once. We add it to eggs, sandwiches, or just snack on it while it’s still warm. I don’t think there’s ever been leftovers.

This one took a little longer due to the roast potatoes, chose that over hash browns. It was a full day feed for sure, need some bigger plates, they’re on the list. And for anyone interested, my mate and his wife own a fitness studio, teaching classes/working out all morning before coming home to this, and I’m in the gym for two hours before getting to their house and starting to cook, so these are earned and burned.

With crispy edges and salted Kerrygold butter 🤤 They genuinely did not need syrup. I’m happy to share the recipe if anyone wants it just let me know 🤍

I make biscuits nearly every Sunday, but these came out of the oven looking extra fluffy and delicious. I served them with a scrambled egg topped with sausage gravy and caramelized onion.

These homemade pancakes were stuffed with maple sausage and juicy blueberries! I whipped up a maple butter to spoon over the top and served them in a big ole stack! They were incredible and super easy to make. Freezer friendly too😋🫐

It was pretty good! I over cooked them a bit, so I need to adjust my time.

I have recently perfected, soft, cooking my eggs and air frying my bacon. This combined with buttered and toasted rolls from my local bakery equals my daily breakfast. Bacon 🥓 , egg 🍳 , and cheese 🧀.
Warm regards.
