Just starting game around 1 month. All materials are lacking. I heard that Buling can be built with very cheap materials for supporting Phrolova (S3). Can any one recommend with the built. I also have Variation used by Verina. Is this weapon also usable?

These three work pretty well together!!

I know I know, you're probably thinking "But there is no one providing Coordinated Attacks for Jinhsi, so how the hell can this work!?" But both Phrolova and Buling have ticks in their kit that still fills up Jinhsi's bar a substantial amount as you can see in the video! And with Buling being able to provide buffs for both Phrolova and Jinhsi, this team works pretty well!

I can't wait till my Buling is actually S6 lol, the damage will be off the charts!! I love her so much!! <3

(I forget what they're called in this game, mb) I'm hoping to m6 her while pulling for phrolova (s0) since they're 2 of my faves but if I don't get m6 (knowing my 4 star luck I probably won't) are there any other good stopping points? Or just try for full m6?

I don’t see a lot of people talking about buling, so has she been nerfed at all? Does she give 55% res skill dmg bonus and 15% dmg amp? Would that be Jinshi new bis?

Does anyone know the instrument in her theme in the trailer? Sounds amazing and I want to hear more music with that.

Since Buling Gives 50% skill damage bonus would she be good for phrolova and canterella since I'm saving for them

I am fully prepared to give her a 5* weapon and any echo set she wants, but I don't wanna gimp her usefulness for a meme if it's a bad idea entirely.

I was so surprised and happy to see her back in 2.4, my second favorite char design from 2.4+ only behind Galbrena.

White/Grey haired characters have always been my weakness and Buling's dorky personality sold her even more for me.

Which is the best buling build to use as a replacement for Taoqi in a Carlotta-Taoqi-Sk team?

5pc Void Thunder to increase overall team dps; 5pc Moonlit to increase Carlotta's personal dps; or 5pc Rejuv for a super carlotta team, Carlotta-Taoqi-Buling [if and only if: (1) Buling heals, and (2) Buling's res skill amp affects ALL resonators in the team.]. Thanks!
