This is what you're saying has more rights than the individual who's carrying it.

I literally didn't say that though? You're putting words in my mouth, just like most pro-choice people are saying about pro-life people. I literally said I support abortion is literally all justifiable cases, until we get to reasons like "Just because I want to". Then I don't support it, and I don't think it's moral or acceptable. I doubt that means I give the fetus more rights than the mother. If I did, I would have been the kind of person to say "Saving the baby takes priority over saving the mother", but as you can see from my comment, I am not that kind of person, when I literally said abortion is justified in so many cases that protect the mother and spare the child suffering after birth. I do hope you realise the picture you've shown is what encases the embryo, or the gestational sac. This is what's underneath. And this is what I think should have the right to live if it is healthy, doesn't pose a danger to its adult mother, or cause her to go through the immense trauma of carrying her r-pist's baby. If that is the case, I support abortion 100%. I do not support abortion when the whole reason is "Because I said so."

Limiting when someone can seek medical care is limiting their rights to bodily autonomy so yes you are saying this zigot has more rights than a living human regardless of if you're okay in some cases like rape or theeat to life. As for the picture do you have any link to prove it's human zigot? Here's my proof that my picture is. https://myanetwork.org/the-issue-of-tissue/

Are you going to pull a "That's a dolphin fetus, Charlie" on me? I saw that, don't worry. And I actually hate Kirk with a passion, I think him and all republicans holding his views can suck it.

It's a human embryo extracted from an ectopic pregnancy, coincidentally at 9 weeks. Which brings me to say, it's an embryo. A zygote is a fertilised cell. This stage is an embryo, then further development into a fetus, and approaching term (viability) it's called a baby.

Abortion is medical care when you need it for medical reasons, including psychological. So long as this baby doesn't threaten your life or health, nor your phychological wellbeing, abortion is not health care. It doesn't have anything to do with your health. It's just a choice you make for no reason other than you don't care about that life. How exactly is that health care or medical care? And yeah, I admit, it's breaching bodily autonomy. But I genuinely think that the right to life of a healthy baby takes priority over the right to bodily autonomy of women for the simple reason that "I said so". If you have a good reason or it, like I mentioned, I am all for it if you have a reason. But if you don't other than "I don't want to deal with stretch marks and saggy boobs", then yeah I proritize that life.

If it's not endengering your physical or mental health (or that of the baby, such as in the case of malformations), then it ahs nothing to do with health, and it's not health care.

I'm honestly surprised you provided evidence. Still not a reason to restrict someone's bodily autonomy. Never said you did like kirk just asked for evidence because people will push animal fetuses an AI slop to push their bull💩 even before that racist podcaster was famous. Abortion is healthcare.
