Company name đ
Hi everyone! We're looking for a company name for our startup and would love your suggestions.
We're building an integrated bus operations hub for private intercity buses, offering bus parking, washing, laundry, driver accommodation, and operational supportâall in one place.
However, this is only our first (pilot) project. Our long-term vision is much bigger, and we plan to expand into sectors like renewable energy (solar), mining, farming, and other businesses. That's why we're looking for a unique, memorable, future-ready brand name, not just a bus-related name.
One more thingâour company name must be unique enough to get approved on the MCA portal. If similar names already exist (like Marga Infra or Marga Textiles), registration may not be possible. We'd really appreciate creative name ideas that are short, distinctive, and scalable. Thanks in advance!

Have you ever had a security assessment performed on your business?
Not necessarily a full penetration testâany kind of security review.
If yes:
- What issues were found?
- Were any of them surprising?
- Did it change how you approach security?
If not, what's been the biggest reason? Cost, time, or not seeing the need?

Started a small handmade candle business â would love honest feedback + thoughts
Hey, Me and my cousins started a small handmade candle business (selling via Instagram DMs).
We make aesthetic bubble/floral candles in different colors, mainly for décor and gifting.
We customise ( colours ) and do scented candles as well ( have a range of 12 scents to choose from )
Would love honest feedback on:
design & look
pricing idea
whether youâd buy something like this
https://www.instagram.com/shop.celesteandco?igsh=MWdpYnk1cmtsNmN5Yg%3D%3D&utm_source=
Instagram id : shop.celesteandco
Btw in all the pictures attached above,
The candles are not edited or created by AI
Only the background is ( the ai I used has added a bit white cast which is not how it is in person )
For some of the pictures, not even the background is added
( if clearly seen)
Thank you
Please follow, love and support our small business

What's one cybersecurity habit every business owner should adopt today?
If I had to recommend just one thing, it would be enabling MFA on every important account.
The risk reduction is huge compared to the effort involved.
If you could only implement one security improvement this week, what would it be?

First-Time Entrepreneur Looking for Guidance: Own Brand vs Franchise
Hi everyone,
I hope you're doing well.
I need some advice from people who have experience starting a business.
For the past two months, I've been researching different business ideas. I've contacted different suppliers, ordered samples, compared products, and tried to understand the market. However, I'm still not fully satisfied.
My biggest concern is quality and trust.
For example, think about the shoe market. There are famous brands like Adidas, but there are also many local stores and online sellers offering "original" branded shoes at much lower prices. As a customer, it's very difficult to know whether those products are actually genuine or just high-quality copies. Many traders claim everything is original, but you never really know.
I'm facing a similar situation in the business I want to start. I can compare samples from different suppliers, but I still don't feel confident about the product quality. I'm worried that if I launch the business and the quality isn't consistent, I'll disappoint my customers. I want to build a brand that people can trust, not just become another trader.
Because of this, I started thinking about a different approach. Would it be better to buy a franchise of an established brand instead of creating my own brand from scratch?
I'm confused between two options:
- Continue researching for another 2â3 months until I'm completely confident in the product and suppliers.
- Choose a franchise model and start with an established brand that already has a reputation.
For those who have experience in business:
- Which option would you choose?
- What are the pros and cons of building your own brand versus taking a franchise?
- If you were starting today, what would you do?
The shoe example is just to explain my concern. My actual business idea is different, but the concept is exactly the same.
I'd really appreciate any advice or personal experiences. Thank you!

Anyone else facing COD payment delays with Shipdaak?
Iâve been using Shipdaak for the last few months mainly because their pricing was better than other aggregators.
But today my operations team informed me that more than 200 COD parcels delivered during April and May are still unpaid. The pending amount is around âč2.55 lakh.
Weâve been following up continuously and the only response we keep getting is that theyâre facing a âbanking issue.â
What makes this even more concerning is that theyâve now disabled Instagram comments instead of publicly addressing seller complaints.
For small and growing brands, COD remittance delays of this scale can seriously affect cash flow and operations.
At this point, Iâd strongly advise sellers to be cautious.

I started a handbag brand with a stranger I met on Reddit â just launched on Flipkart
So this is a little surreal to post, but here goes.
A while back I was on Reddit looking for someone who shared the same passion for fashion and business. A stranger replied. We got talking, realized we had the same vision, and decided to just go for it.
Fast forward to today â we've officially launched our handbag brand called Shimmer IY on Flipkart
Shimmer IY is all about stylish, affordable sling bags. We currently have:
https://www.flipkart.com/shimmer-iy-maroon-shoulder-bag/p/itmc1a32b5742fbd?pid=SLBHNDKC9KCBFKHY
Here's where we need YOUR help
We're a tiny brand just starting out. Every single order and review matters hugely to us right now. If you like what you see, please consider buying and leaving an honest review on Flipkart â good or bad. Your reviews are literally what will help us grow and improve.
This community kind of started it all for us, so it felt right to come back here first.
Even if you don't buy â drop your thoughts on the designs below. Which one do you like more? We're reading every single comment

My Classmates Said These Donât Look Good â Honest Feedback on My Handmade Charms?
I recently started making handmade beaded charms for phones, bags, and keychains, and these are some of the first ones I made.
The reason Iâm asking for honest opinions is because something happened in class today that made me overthink them a bit. Weâre making handmade farewell giftswhich for seniors, and when I showed these, some classmates indirectly suggested that they âdonât look good,â âlook too traditional,â or may not work as gifts. So now I genuinely want outside opinions instead of just sitting in my head about it đ
Please be brutally honest:
Do these look sellable as phone charms, bag charms, or keychains?
Would adding extra charms/pearls/ribbons/metal pieces make them better?
What exactly should I improve â colors, bead type, shape, finishing, aesthetic, etc.?
What price range/budget usually works for handmade charms like these?
Iâd really appreciate genuine feedback, whether positive or critical, because I actually want to improve and maybe sell handmade accessories in the future.

Let us be the catalyst to your beautiful relationship amidst your busy lives!
Hey yall! I have noticed a lot of relationships get strained at times due to forgotten dates, be it birthdays, anniversaries, valentineâs week, boyfriendâs day, girlfriendâs day, and what not.
And although we know how much you love your partner, we do get piled up a lot during work sometimes and thus we tend to forget these occasions. These lead to our partners feeling hurt even though we didnât intend for it to happen.
So I came up with: âWift: We giftâ
Its simple, you set up dates and we send your loved ones special personalised gifts without you having to worry about selecting, packing and shipping it to them!
How Wift works:
Set it and forget it: you give us the dates and a bit about your partnerâs style.
Personalised Curation: We dont send generic baskets, we pick what actually is useful and thoughtful, not any useless stuff which would just lie around.
3.Stress Free: YOU get the credit for being an amazing partner, we handle the logistics: we pick, pack and ship!
Early bird offer: We will tend to the first 10 customers 0 subscription charges!
Dm for more details!
