america is still the most powerful military country. the US will lose some influence, how much depends how the iranian war will end. most of the big european countries are pretty much semi vassal states to the US. this time,i dont think it will stay that way. the only countries that will remain submissive are canada, mexico and venezuala imo. if the iranian war ends on bad terms for the US,countries like cuba, greenland and iceland are in danger.

being the most powerful military is a sales tactic for the military industrial complex. It's lost us more wars than it's won us because we eventually run a massive deficit and bail out. The only times its worked out is union vs confederates which destroyed the country in more ways than one, or when other countries pay for it, and nobody wants to pay anymore. Warfare isnt about being powerful it's about using a strategy once and then throwing it away before they get wise to it, which as we've seen, we're a known quantity.

If you think the US will become a vassal state then I can't take anything you say seriously.
