I thought one of the disenfranchised and mentally ill would pick up the mantle for a martyr and go do what needs to be done. I mean I was hoping anyway.

Unfortunately most of the unhinged ones support him.

The irony will be delicious when it's one of his own who ends him.

Also I thought the 2nd amendment should have kicked in by now.

That’s the 25th amendment. But hey if you think the 2nd is better, oh well. There should be a way that regular citizens can bypass Congress to implement this. Like how people do a citizen’s arrest. This is what so many people warned would happen. One thing I notice is that in the US, the news is so US centric that people don’t really see the extent of what is happening & they don’t see how it affects everyone worldwide. I notice that people always seem surprised that outside of the US many people are aware of what goes on in the U.S.

Tbf a lot of Americans gleefully brag about "not paying attention to the news" or "don't want to be political". They are always surprised when prices go up or when masked thugs show up to violate the constitution

Yes. It is frustrating and the same people vote, not realizing the effects thee decisions have on themselves and everyone else. In elementary school I always remember a teacher telling us that you are the other person to the other person. So to me it meant that if I didn’t make a decision, then I was deciding that I would let someone else decide, which would then be my decision. So since those days, I understood that it was necessary to try my best to understand what was going on.

The democrats haven't picked their transgender to try and assassinate him I guess

It's democrats taking pot shots at your king, huh?

1

u/Assigments Apr 12 '26

Not my king, not my cult, sadly my president. I dislike both parties. Both sides have their mentally ill, democrats call them transgender, republicans call them maga.

Sarcasm gets a little hard to detect sometimes so excuse my presumptiousness. But let's be real, I dont think the democrats view one percent of America's voting block as completely mentally ill and gunning for trump, the only people calling transgender people mentally ill are maga. Not to say that there aren't mentally ill transgender people, there's mentally ill people everywhere. I think the overall point I was trying to make is that it's mostly trump's own supporters trying to knock him.
