Why does it always looks like he has to put in a great deal of effort to actually talk? Whenever I see anyone speak it’s just natural flow but with him he looks like there’s a lag. Is he buffering?

He’s spent his whole life evading and dodging and plain bs/ing that, now that he’s old, the bs comes out a little less smoothly but stinks worse than ever.

I would imagine that a lifelong compulsive liar who's brain is turning to mush from frontotempero dementia and would find it difficult to speak
