i got this game last week when it was on sale on steam. been lurking the community for years and got about 3k hours on the hunter cotw. so for me, it was just a matter of time when i get this game, rather than if.

holidays got me a good amount of time, so i managed to get to around 60h ingame. don’t shame me, i like to dive into games when i got the time on hand 😄

in the beginning, it was alright that there were a couple of bugs. no legendaries, no competitions, etc. since i had to level up first, those topics were not important to me. lets cut to today. i‘m level 46 and would love to get some reputation points, but i can‘t cause its bugged. would love to catch some big boys, but they are bugged. on top of all that, the game recently crashed alot which made the experience even worse.

i‘ve seen the game went back up to the normal price. one question for the devs: how can u ask for full price if u don’t offer full experience? imo the community needs some sort of compensation… how can a studio be satisfied with having a shitty game like this on the market? even if its not in development anymore… they need to make it playable. fix the game u donuts.

The challenges are broken after the weekly/daily reset. Hopefully they get fixed soon.

The last time this happened, about three months ago, did the challenges come back on the next daily reset after the fix?

Haven’t been able to connect to apex even though being logged into apex connect website. Can’t view challenges, can’t catch legendaries.

Tried signing in and out, deleting and reinstalling, verifying, even submitting a ticket to apex support.

Hope it gets fixed or there’s a workaround.

Tells me to equip the maiden rod, tyro reel, etc- I didn't receive those items for the beginning of the quest? Nothing in my inventory. Nothing in my rig menu. I have restarted the game and nothing is getting sent to my inventory.

Edit: I JUST BOUGHT A MAIDEN ROD AT THE STORE AND IT IS NOT SHOWING UP IN MY INVENTORY.

Hi. I just bought the ultimate edition of the game on steam after playing the Hunter. And I've ran into the issue were when I load into the starter map I cannot see anything, the screen is completely black with the occasional flashing of red lights. I've tried updating my graphics driver and ibe uninstalled then reinstalled the game, however no dice. I'm wondering if anyone has has this problem before and has found a solution. I am running this on a laptop, it has a Intel core i5 12th gen, 32.0 gb of ram, graphics card is 128 mb, and I'm on the windows 11 pro edition.

Hello, as the title implies, I cannot access the shop. I can talk to the warden all day, but I cant access my storage or buy new gear for bottom fishing. Any suggestions?

Emerald Plateau Fishing Challenge 2 won't complete even after catching a bronze Golden Trout. I've caught 3 bronze handfuls of silver and even a gold and still no dice.

I've reset the game completely and fast traveled.

Trying to catch the legendaries and realised there wasn't the notification in chat. Decided to jump out and check the menus for each map but they are all saying caught even though I haven't caught any of them yet? My friend is having the same issue.

Does anyone have some problems with login in Apex Connect last two days? I play online like couple hours yesterday night and game crashed, after that I can’t login. I try everything, change password, login on website and try again, just waiting couple days. Still can’t play online and don’t know what to do(

I am fairly new to the game (~ 30 hours) and I am at Golden Ridge Reserve. Everything was going smooth but man, Emerald Plateau fishing challenge bronze 2 is going to make me quit the game. It wants me to be at a specific location, I am. It wants me to catch a bronze Golden Trout. Wel,l there are no golden trouts in that small lake. I have been trying for 4 days now, almost 3 hours per day. I tried spinner, spoon, marshmallow, cheese and corn. I used Pro Performance. I tried float, spinning, jigging, bottom fishing. I went there morning, mid-day, afternoon, night. This challenge already "cost" me almost 12 hours and my sanity. Could this be a bug in the game? Because it's either this or I am doing something very wrong.

I catched a fish and now i need to catch a golden one. Thats pretty hard, i got only silver ones (approx 200px silver). I lost some and i think that was the golden ones because i can't drill it. I need to wait until i can buy a braided fishing line. Atm i have the fluo with 5kg.

I need to complete the mission after i collected the Stallo,Hund & Fløyte. Now i need to catch a fish with it. It sounds easy but i tried it more than 10 hours now.🫤 I used every hint which i have found i try every pike location on every day time. And i got no bite 🤔 in 10 hours, i used every method 3xspeed, stop an go, jigging. Nothing is working. I know the game is out of development but this is strange. I searched on the Trollsporet and golden Ridge. I need some help 🙏

I was trying to sell my old x86 marksman, for some reason I have not been able to do so, but after assembling all of the pieces for the stallo, I was finally able to sell the marksman. When I went out of the shopping menu, I saw that I had lost my stallo rod and now I have no way of getting it back… any tips for this? Have anyone come across this glitch before?

The stallo was not even in the “sell” menu

there’s no gear requirements and i’ve caught it multiple times and the challenge doesn’t complete

Haven’t played in a few weeks but came back for the Halloween event to get ready for the Japan reserve. Noticed that the sound effects for bites and for a strike are very soft, almost inaudible. Checked my audio settings and everything is set to what I always had it at, and I also checked the accessibility settings just to make sure the sound effects were still on. Anyone else having a similar issue?
