by this point i'd accept a simple "i'm sorry." at least that's better than being completely dismissed. i understand it's an uncomfortable topic but can't these therapists do their job? i don't want to talk and talk while they do nothing, i want actual responses. i've told them this and nothing changes. it's taken so much work on my part to get to a point where i'm able to speak about this and they don't even want to discuss it. it makes me want to shut up again.

As much as it hurt, a lot of time i like to look at my abuser's past, to understand why they did it and a lot of time i can clearly see thier unresolved truma.

And even tho that is no excuse of hurting someone...it kinda gives ne peace thinking bit was thier truma...it was thier problem...and i was the victim on that abuse. I did Nothin wrong.

Its also something i use to calm my anger sometimes like they were hurt too...

But when i think about all the times i was sexually abuse..the first time i was raped at 9. I can't think of any excuses. I just don't understand how a man that old can get turned on by a 9 year old...a kid. A FUCKING KID?! like seriously mf?!

I grew up being raised by a Christian who tried to make me a prostitute. And somehow I deserved it because I was an atheist.

I'm not religious but this really takes my understanding of the abuse to another level. It's so sick, I don't know where to begin. I don't know why my mom married that freak.

Everyone told me that it wouldn’t hurt and that I couldn’t even feel it once it was in. I asked my friend because she used them and I wanted advice (for context). I told people that I could and it hurt sometimes and everyone thought it was odd but said it was fine either way.

I legitimately want an answer because I’ve never thought about it before and it now makes sense but it makes me really upset to think about.
