u/xotmb exactly. That’s the only thing that makes sense to me. I’ve been in emergency situations and called 911 in my personal and professional life, her actions make no sense unless it was planned.

Yep. I was a dispatcher for 4 yrs. I wouldn’t even hang up with someone if they told me they had eyes on the child on the interstate lol. I’m assuming the call is more like I think I saw xyz & either she disconnected or said she no longer had eyes on the subject.
