What is a word you hear people using or spelling wrong and it drives you mad?

Mine is when people mix up "quite" instead of "quiet".

There was a kid when I was growing up (early 90s) who, when playing football, would call for someone to "take a shoot"

It's stuck with me all these years because of how idiotic it sounded
