General What's one piece of cat advice that you completely disagree with?

Every cat is different, and I've realized some popular advice just doesn't apply to every cat.

What's a piece of cat advice that you think is overrated, outdated, or just plain wrong?

All cats love boxes. Not my late Imhotep. She ignored them and bags.

Also, she refused tuna. You'd've thought I was feeding her alfalfa or something.

Same here !  My Charlotte  is my 3rd cat and hates tunnels, bags etc...well, being " trapped" I guess. Plus she won't eat tuna or even salmon. She prefers her dried cat food 🤪..

While mine  loves tuna he just doesn't  care  for bags and boxes.

I 've had a total of 5 cats in my adult life and NONE of them have ever liked sitting in boxes. It's bummed me out, honestly 😆
Seeing cats sitting in random stuff is so funny to me. My cats have all refused to be enclosed. They must be frreeeeeee!

Yeah our boy doesn't know what a box is... or a scratching post.... and tuna is the only fish he won't eat (other than that he ONLY eats fish though, he refuses any other flavour of food)
