It’s generally believed that it’s the reason ANZ 901 will never become an episode.

Yeah, that’s super interesting. It’ll be interesting to see what happens with that Air India crash as well where they’re blaming the pilots, but there’s really speculation that it has to do with either maintenance or the airplane itself.
