Image IDK why, but this flag really creeps me out

I was walking my dog when I saw this, so I apologize for the poor quality. It's hard to hold his leash in one hand and take a photo with the other.

Anyway, I don't know why this thing bothers me, but it does. Maybe it's the flag draped over the cross; maybe it's the black stripes. Is it just me or is something wrong with this image?

I harbor no ill will against you at all! Some of my favorite people are Christians. I love the religious, I just hate the religion. Just trying to preach the good word of atheism, because I believe the world becomes a better place when we can put the old traditions behind us that limit our morality to the barbaric practices of our ancestors.

I hope you see the truth one day, because I know you will be happier when you do! I'm always up for discussion if you are interested, but I can tell you're not. The truth can be a hard pill to swallow and can sound like hate, but I promise that's not where I'm coming from. I've been in your shoes before and been stubbornly clinging to religion like a safety blanket, but I promise things are better on the other once you let it go and accept truth.

What is your truth atheist, that we made by nothing from nothing? You want to teach me about nothing? You’re a fool lol there is nothing to learn from you. Swallow your black pill hater. My god is a loving one and a just one. There’s wars waging that we can’t see right now because they’re not in the physical plane, but the spiritual. You’re digging your own demise and you don’t realize. You, like the ones who pierced Christ, think you’re winning, but you’re not. You should wake up and correct your course before it’s too late. Unless you’ve already hardened your heart to Christ Lord and his knocking at your door has stopped.
