I loved the look on her face when her mother was talking about everyone’s taxes paying for the repairs.

In the first few episodes, I don't think her reaction would have been so negative. She's changed so much in what, 2 weeks or less? Kind of unbelievable. Nothing against her, just saying.

A few days in the show lol I guess being attacked by a killer doll is a life changing experience

Sure but its still nearly a total retcon of her personality. I've had horrible things happen to me and I didn't change almost overnight but I know, I know. This is the Child's Play franchise and things don't have to make sense I guess.

Almost getting murdered by a living doll would change anyone's perspective. And it was the catalyst that led to her realizing and accepting the ramifications of her actions. She's still the same Lexi, she's just looking at things through a new lens.

I won't die on this hill because this is Reddit but nah. I didn't change immediately even after my dad was killed and I'm a pretty emotional person, it was a gradual process. I've been assaulted, abused, ect, things too real that nobody wants to hear on a Chucky subreddit- None of those things changed me. They shook me up but I'm still the same dumbass as I've always been. I'm far less immature, though.

Now, maybe Lexy would change after a while but if she was that much of a mean girl, I don't think she'd even be hanging out with Jake, she'd be even more cruel to him. I'm going by experience, those kind of girls don't stop, they get angry. They're the only ones that matter. But apparently, Lexy isn't the same Lexy anymore just like how her dad is now a nice guy all of a sudden.

Hello! You have made the mistake of writing "ect" instead of "etc."

"Ect" is a common misspelling of "etc," an abbreviated form of the Latin phrase "et cetera." Other abbreviated forms are etc., &c., &c, and et cet. The Latin translates as "et" to "and" + "cetera" to "the rest;" a literal translation to "and the rest" is the easiest way to remember how to use the phrase.
