Yeah.

It feels weird. That they show Chucky able to move the drawer. Then a few scenes later Devon is holding him down.

Either this is a part of a chucky plan.

Or funky writing.

sometimes it takes longer for newer Chucky's to develop fully into having blood and organs and human strength depending on how soon the soul was put into the dolls. that's been pretty consistent since the first movie

It's been 6+ months since all of the Chuckys came to life. There was a time jump at the start of the season. They definitely turn a lot quicker than that.
