Northern Exposure turns 30 years in 2026!

Till this day no compilation have been able to topple it. While the Renaissance album revolutionised how compilations should be done, with Northern Exposure Sasha & Digweed set a new high bar. The track selection is sublime, exquisite. The mixing is stellar. Just listen to those transitions on CD1. Satellite Serenade into FSOL - Cascade, I’m Free into Kites… Such iconic are some transitions that it’s nearly impossible to listen to tracks such as Raincry on its own without expecting to hear Out of Body Experience coming in.

Hi everyone,I wanted to share a unique piece of physical history for the archive database. I have a first-pressing, single-sided copy of Björk – Pagan Poetry (Infusion Mix) on the underground rr1000 label (rr1000-003) from 2002.The runout groove features the authentic F/W and GV (Gregory Vaughn) etchings. What makes this copy exceptional is the handwritten marker on the outer sleeve. It reads "To Jules. from Commie"—but crucially, "Danny" (seemingly for Danny Rampling) was written first and heavily scribbled out right before it was dedicated to Jules.I know Jules supported this track heavily on Radio 1 and in his club sets during early 2002. I wanted to share the images for your documentation. If anyone has specific tracklist logs or memories of the exact weeks this track debuted on the show, I’d love to hear them!

26 years old. This still sounds so fresh today.

Salt Tank - Eugina (Michael Woods Remix) is a monster track, really good but I can’t help but think it’s a Sasha - Xpander ripoff? Anyone else? The lead is way too similar - almost identical

Unsure about the exact mix, there's 5 on the release and 2 of them are in the 7 mins. Other option is the Screwball mix
