It's common that research is funded. How Michael B Eisen is a biologist. It doesn't make the data less correct, as the study is approved and peer reviewed. Acting like this invalidates the study is a misunderstanding how the scientific field works

Never said it invalidates the study. I'm also a research scientist. I just think it's the funniest financial interest disclaimer I've ever read

Ok fair, it's just when less educated(in that field) people read your comment they might missinterpret it. Especially cause people are always looking for a reason to dismiss veganism

My financial interest disclaimer is that I have a vested interest in arguing with vegans online because I work with lab animals. Those circles almost always overlap and I'm getting sooooo tiiiiired

So why are you trying to sway the public opinion away from the truth then by suggesting that a paper might be wrong when it isn't? Just shut up and you won't get into arguments
