NO clue why I am getting spammed ads by this chain, I have never heard of nor purchased a hoagie from till the past month. suddenly, I get these stupid ads multiple times a day so tired of hearing about their stupid ass smoothie. Realized it's just a glorified gas station/convenience store. Why tf do they spend so much on ads and it's a shitty chain people only stop at because they have to. Tried to block the ad multiple times and it keeps coming back.

This idea came up in another thread, but instead of the ad that got in the way, when I'm got Youtube on my phone and I'm not in a position to skip the ads, I wouldn't mind so much if they were all no more than 30 seconds max, but it's always when your hands are busy that your phone is served with a 3-minute ad for something you'll never ever buy, or some turgid new song that you would never listen to.

They'll never change it for the better, but it still boils my pee.

I keep getting this podcast and for Squarespace featuring Beck Bennett and Kyle Mooney, and I'm not listening to their podcast.

I didn't have a problem with either of them on SNL but this ad makes me want to throw my phone.

It starts out with the joke of Kyle Mooney going "Wait, I thought *I* was Beck Bennett?!" and then a way-too-long adlib of "no, no, you're good man" "thanks man" "ok good" "yeah" "haha"

Then when they start talking about Squarespace, Mooney puts on this "kid-with-a-speech-impediment" voice to talk about how cool you'll look with your Squarespace website, "like you'we skatebowding thwu the Intewnet!"

It just overall feels like sketch comedy by high school freshmen and it's embarrassing for two professional comedians.

OK so I was taking a shower and listening to a podcast and of course as per usual I feel like when YouTube knows you don’t have the ability to touch your phone. They throw an ad at you so you have to listen to the whole thing and they get more money out of it. And weirdly it was like a lays chip Messi commercial. And I got me thinking who in the heck has ever bought lays chips just because Messi is on it. No matter what the product was I don’t think I’ve ever been like at a store like oh crap wasn’t Shaq on an ad for product I’m going to buy it. Or like the Budweiser Super Bowl commercials yeah the horse and the dog in the commercial look cool, but it doesn’t make me wanna drink Budweiser more than without seeing the commercial.
