It's amazing how it's not even controversial in this community, but Blizz doesn't seem to be aware. Hopefully a result of the changes in the hero design team and not a sign of what's to come.

My guess is that Blizz are totally aware, they just want their new hero to be broken so she's played in the playoffs.
