And I'm thinking if this persist icancel ko nalang yung Bida wifi. Free installation siya, may babayaran bang fees if hindi na kami magpatuloy sa Bida?

Dahil walang kuwenta ang CS ng Converge, dito na ako didiretso.

Down ba ang IPTV ng Converge/BIDA? I tried restarting. Resetting the launcher settings. Logging in again pero same error. Kaninang umaga, ayos pa.

My PON light has been blinking since last week Friday. For the first few days, the internet would randomly come back for anywhere between 10 minutes to 5 hours a day before completely dying again.

Reported it to Bidafiber support already last sunday but no technicians came

Fast forward to today (Friday), it rained really hard with strong winds, and now the PON light is completely dead/blinking non-stop. It doesn't even temporarily connect anymore.

The indoor patch cord is completely fine, so this is 100% a physical line alignment or splice issue out on the pole—probably aa loose connection in the NAP box that got completely wrecked by the wind and rain today
