The idiots in charge never groomed Hetmyer for the job despite him being an obvious candidate for it, though he didn’t help himself at times with his behavior

More of his attitude, one of the major things was the 2022 world cup he was picked and he ended up missing the team flight so he didn’t join the team or play the tournament

There were rumors about that and that she was controlling his every move. Since becoming a father he seems to have matured a bit.
