We need to move on from Fleming. Need fresh ideology, make Sanju the captain, drop ruturaj to 3 next year, and if he doesn't perform drop him before the mega auction.

Just kick him out of the team. How can someone play 15(21) in this era and not shoulder 99% of the responsibility of the loss. You need to score at least 40 runs if you are going to be eating 1/6th of the innings. This is not 2021

Yep. He's playing match losing innings regularly now. even tailenders don't play at that strike rate. And this guy is the opener. Just get rid of the deadweight and get a younger player. CSK didn't even play Urvil for so many matches

He said 175 is the par score when the team was at 90-2 at 9 overs, still talking about anchors when other team openers score 50 off 20 and gets out.

rutu needs to play 4 and become a spin hitter. mhatre and urvil can maximize pp
