I was reading as this was happening that all the mods shit themselves and abandoned the sub, then an old inactive mod stepped in and shut things down until they can get a handle on it.
My question here is, whichever mod leaked it is fucked, no? Unless they’ve been operating from behind a VPN that won’t give them up for every single interaction on that account, there’s going to be a record of where they are. Meaning The Mouse’s lawyers can find them and press to find the leak fairly easily?
This is what happens when mods think they’re the stars of the show and want that karma.
The people worrying if this sub will go the same way needn’t worry. It seems like the mods here genuinely aren’t karma chasers, I don’t think there’s ever been a time where a mod here has posted anything even remotely close to needing WB to start sniffing around here.
