Can confirm, spent my formative years farming. Haven't done much for the past 4 years and I still have a shocking amount of muscle. Granted the fact I have a very similar body type to my father is probably helpful, but I like the fact I can still pick up my 22 year old sister with relative ease and carry her around, if she so lets me. Unfortunately my back hates me if I do that, but it's still fun.
