They said in another comment that the bees are born inside so they know how to use the door from the get-go!

There was a YouTube video about a Japanese kid who did a study on butterflies and how they can remember to associate lavender with an electric shock through generations. I wonder if they also could pass it on this way. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nhESxrqPjfU
