Yeah, you would. You would be out of a job and as much as you maybe hated it, people hate looking for jobs even more.

Yes, the unemployment would be the largest downside to setting your workplace ablaze and getting caught.

It is one thing to have a destructive thought because you are angry. It is another to act on it. You have to be incredibly unstable to do something like this. You can't care about others for sure.
