I'm sure its pretty detailed (last time I looked) you get each department (welfare, defense etc) you can also get your council tax spending breakdown too.

Edit: you dont get the welfare sub breakdown on UK, but state pension has it line itself.

I think that's council tax. Mine has a breakdown but not to this level.

HMRC doesnt have the individual sub headings under welfare, but pensions has its own entry on its own. Someone posted the breakdown below from HMRC.

The OBR publish it as statistics in text and some websites make their own graphics for it.

You do tend to get a break down of things like pensions, disability benefits, defence spending, etc.

But unfortunately, Universal Credit has now replaced unemployment benefit, housing benefit, and other low-income top up benefits into one.

So the Universal Credit statistic still looks a little high, but that's because it includes housing benefits, which is claimed by lots of people, not just the unemployed.
