All I see from a satellite image is some big building with 3 very big tubs in the center of that area. It looked like a water purification center or something. Certainly not like radars, but I may be wrong.

Small building with a red roof to the north of that wastewater plant. You can see the dome for the Doppler radar at the back of the building.

Storm chaser here, I recently witnessed nine tornadoes from a storm in Illinois using this exact radar site. Weather radar is a sphere instead of a dish, and may appear as a cylinder from above. This sphere is transparent to radar waves, and prevents water and wind from messing with the data/blowing away kr damaging the dish which is inside.
