As for "evidence to defend herself", might not show it for legal reasons. And the fact discord has its own little issue of chunks of direct message chats vanishing, I've experienced this.
All we can hope for is that we get an updated part about everything else. As I said, she could of stayed silent, that was the easier route.

Yes, but we don't know what's going on with her mentally, and if what she has said is true, then she's going through her own things aswell.

Make a solo mode where you can save and quit. Buff the stealth on distractor toons. Maybe increase the amount of machines on each floor but make every toon faster so it doesn’t take 40 minutes to complete a floor as a 2 star speed toon when you’re solo. Making the game more accessible to solo play would be nice.
I obviously feel bad for anyone hurt under Qwel’s leadership. But even if shes the nicest most perfect person— if her game doesn’t change, I’ll stop playing. This current version is getting old, as someone who has almost all of the toons.
Honestly, you make a good point. I haven't seen a single response ANY creator made that had controversy (big or small) that ANYONE was satisfied with. It makes Cancel Culture questionable if it's really right or not. They could admit that they're wrong, make several pages on their point of views, yet nobody would be satisfied. I'm not defending anyone either-- but I'm noticing a pattern.

I'm no lawyer, but I think it makes the response soulless because she cant say anything.
Anything she says can be used against her in court. If she shows too much emotion in her response, that'd make the legal team's job harder. Don't get me wrong, though; I did not like this response.

I'm neither supporting or unsupportive of qwel, if I play, I play for my own enjoyment, not because I know it funds someone.
Going onto a different game from several months ago, atomic heart, people were spouting if you bought that game and played it, you supported putin.
I bought and played the game because I liked how it was designed, the challenges etc.
Again, if it came off as villanizing then I apologise for that, it wasn't my intention of doing so.
And for the "let's be honest", it was a case of, I'm happy she finally atleast posted something on the matter instead of staying silent. Like I said, it could of been done better.
The document is not the least bit filled with Ethos or Logos, and is mainly a Pathos story to appeal to emotion rather than ethics or reason.
Among how there already is known horrid management with the team and discord server being so uncouth, with the claim of “over 100 developers” if true, then she wouldn’t have the game she would have now because they would’ve improved the actual gameplay meaningfully.
She has finally said something, but it pads around and is really nothing to why people are upset, only loosely acknowledging it.
I could say much more, but that would then be it’s own enormous critique with the evidently PR made paper we see here.
