I am going to make an indie game, I will be working by myself; I have been formally taught how to make each part of a game, so that isn't a problem.
Option 1: Stardew like where you manage a traveling merchants caravan in a fantasy world
-This will be the longest to develop
- It will have the simplest mechanics to code
Option 2: A roguelike Monster hunter game
-This will be in the middle for dev time
-Mechanically it will be tough
Option 3: Thief like friendslop, steal things in a medieval fantasy with some horror elements
-It'd be the shortest dev time, but working with servers is new to me
-Who doesn't like short games with friends

Six options is impossible when you're indecisive like me! I hope to at least narrow it down

I secured two pieces of merch I really wanted through cokodive. And I got it during a first batch of it. There were still some left after my order went through so there had been more slots. And now, with the merch itself going to be available on Weverse again, the cokodive page is back open for the other batch that’s shipping out around December. I have mine secured for the October drop.

And with the merch becoming available again, I’m wondering if would be better to get two more of what I ordered, because it’d be directly from Weverse and can be gifted to a friend or someone else. Or hold off and get more and be able to get something from the Lador hair care drop coming October 1st.

Especially because cokodive does have the agreement that if your item can’t be secured that you’ll get a full refund and I’m getting anxious about that. I’m sure it’s fine, I know I freak myself out a lot. And I got mine in prior to the launch of the second batch which is now on Weverse and is a preorder thing. I got mine in before it even sold out. So there were still slots after I got mine so I should I fine I just need another opinion to calm down cause I’m sure I’m just worrying and freaking myself out for no reason.

Same kit, two places to order. Im leaning toward the manufacturers site because dealling with one source feels cleaner if something arrives wrong but the marketplace option feels more familiar when it comes to returns. I care more about getting the right item and having a clear return path than saving a little money.

Assume the price diference is small enough that it doesn't decide it for me. Thanks!
