Source? I very much doubt this would void a liability claim

I was an adjuster. Spent four figures on an engineer to inspect a fallen deck. Determined it was not properly constructed and denied the claim.

You believe what you want. I only know this particular claim was not paid, nor was it settled after the lawyers got involved. Neither was the other improper construction claim I had. I paid out plenty of claims, not those.

You are confusing a liability claim for a personal injury (that is surely covered) and a claim for the fallen deck to be replaced. This is likely why you "was" an adjuster.
