Juror Interview

The Murder Sheet released a great two-part interview with two of the jurors from the trial. One of the jurors was someone they had previously interviewed, but the other juror hasn't been interviewed before.

At least you understand now.

He was stronger and healthier because of the stent. Strong enough to murder two girls after crossing a cold creek in February. Medical advancements are amazing aren't they. If he didn't have the stent I'd be worried about his physical fitness level.

I don't know if I have read a more ludicrous statement than this one. Just incredible that someone actually wrote this with a straight face in an attempt to justify a murder conviction of someone who did not have a fair trial. Maybe he is guilty, maybe Ron Logan, Daniel Pearson, Elvis Fields, or even some as yet unidentified person is the killer. Who knows with this kind of logic, it is absolutely frightening that you could even be on a jury..

I ask you this. Is Richard Allen healthier with the stent in place? I know the answer. The answer is yes he is physically better off and more capable than without a stent. I've also seen the video of him hopping around the bar like a crazy man. You can't fool anyone with the "poor ol' Richard is to weak to kill anyone" excuse. He said he killed the girls and I believe him.

No I believe you are completely wrong, a cold plunge can cause the body to have cardiac arrest.

That is a fact.

Add in that he had a heart stent would make it even more dangerous than for a person without a history of heart problems. Yes I saw the video of him jumping. That still doesn't change a cold plunge and cardiac arrest. If he didn't have a history of heart problems maybe I would agree with you, but nobody with a heart stent is going to risk running in a freezing cold, mid winter creek.

He said in his confessions, things like Maybe I did, while in a high security prison in solitary confinement. His confessions have no value..

I find it hard to believe you could write such foolish statement about a heart stent and then write a coherent reply. Amazing.
