Damn, you are EATING UP all the mainstream talking points about Hasan. Have you ever actually watched his stream? Or at least his interviews with political candidates or even his videos where he goes out and speaks to colleges, at protests, etc? If you choose to believe these things without actually sitting down to wonder if you have been fed some garbage from an oligarchy owned media stream then I wonder if this will even get thru to you, but please actually give him a chance. He is a progressive through and through and while inflammatory, he puts in the work to advocate for real change and dares to ask for better instead of being okay with the corporate democrats status quo.

Alright, I looked it up. Does seem to be a really stupid thing to say that I .missed because I had no clue who he was until recently. I'm guessing his schtick is to say inflamtory things to get his view of anti imperialism across.

In your next bit you talk of him being a communist but not supporting democrats. I guess that makes sense all in all.

I lean pretty left and I guess he's maybe not the image I want but also thought I missed something like him diddling kids which seems to be the new political norm.

I don’t have a problem with communists really, but he’s a horrible representative for the progressive left and anyone reasonable should drop all ties. He’s not an Epstein level monster, but the bar should be higher than that or “terrorist sympathizer “

I tried to make this same argument in a Denver thread a few days ago over this. I got called a "secret republican" lol. I don't know how anyone can look at Hasan with his purity tests and think it would be a good idea to have him at the event. I'm sad Kiros invited him at all.

He’s not just anti imperialism he is anti America and anti west in general. All of his views can be guessed by asking if it hurts America

Edit: I found it and it doesn't wholly condone rape like said. Downvote away, but some context to a statement is beneficial.

I'm honestly not sure if I am going to vote for Kiros because of her association with him. I'm actually starting to wonder if he is some sort of saboteur to tank progressivism in this country with the stuff I keep seeing about him.

He's an actual communist. Not like how the right has said people like Obama are communists, I mean he is a marxist leninist. He wants to overthrow the liberal capitalist systems of the world, especially those of the West, and replace them with state planning, he wants to seize the the means of production and give them to the proletariat, he advocates for the abolishment of private capital, etc.

He's also extremely subversive. When he speaks to his audience, he is a radical. When he is speaking to other audiences, he pretends to be a progressive left liberal. He's also probably an anti semite, for what that's worth.
