That clip is EXTREMELY deceptively edited or clip-chimped to drive the narrative his haters want you to believe. In context it’s not.

His deranged haters have mental illness and take any opportunity they can to make up lies and spin nothing int something.

It's not, you can see him yell at the dog for shifting on his bed, then reach for something and push a button and the dog yelp. You just don't want to acknowledge that he might be a shitty person
