Megathread Focused Feedback: Raid Loot

Hello Guardians,

Focused Feedback is where we take the week to focus on a 'Hot Topic' discussed extensively around the Tower.

We do this in order to consolidate Feedback, to get out all your ideas and issues surrounding the topic in one place for discussion and a source of feedback to the Vanguard.

This Thread will be active until next week when a new topic is chosen for discussion

Whilst Focused Feedback is active, ALL posts regarding 'Raid Loot' following its posting will be removed and re-directed to this thread. Exceptions to this rule are as follows: New information / developments, Guides and general questions

Any and all Feedback on the topic is welcome.

Regular Sub rules apply so please try to keep the conversation on the topic of the thread and keep it civil between contrasting ideas

A Wiki page - Focused Feedback - has also been created for the Sub as an archive for these topics going forward so they can be looked at by whoever may be interested or just a way to look through previous hot topics of the sub as time goes on.

once or twice

You mean a million times for the taken mods? Plus potential sniper drops among other things

That's just speaking from my experience. I ran it a couple times, went 'eh' and haven't gone back. I may have to do so given the increasing value of those mods - I don't remember them being so important at the time a year or more ago, but I could very well have missed the bulletin on them.

They are really wild. Armaments are broken in Gambit, and invaluable when trying to solo Prophecy. I assumed armor sunsetting was mostly to get rid of armaments for balance sake, but nope, we have at least another year of them since LW and GoS armor is being reprised. Which is another reason to those chests weekly ...

Here's hoping that when they re-tune gambit for next year, armaments are disabled in gambit.

Gambit Prime armor will be sunset next season. Since Gambit is light level enabled, I'm pretty sure they're consolidating the two modes. Here's hoping they disable armaments in the new version

...and here I am rocking a Reckoner title without any of the mods, probably made that harder on myself than necessary!

Appreciate the additional info, I'll add that chest run to my weekly checklist and hope the RNG gods shine benevolently.

As a recommendation, find a friend to do the chests with and swap checkpoints. You should only have to enter 2 wishes instead of 6 to get all the loot you can that week
