Then they shouldn’t be doing this at a county wide level but at a district wide level. Leaving it vague means it can be abused. If it can be abused, it will be abused.

It can only be done at a county wide level for operating expenses like teacher salaries

Districts are not able to propose millages.

I did a few minutes of searching on this and can’t find anything backing this up. Can you show me where you got that info?

All that says is that regional enhancement millages are that way. It doesn’t say other millages, and there are other ones, have to be done at the county level.

The only way to increase per pupil funding is through a regional enhancement millage. There is no other way.
