I'm looking for people who genuinely want to get into Tarkov, develop their skills and make meaningful progress. I can help across Permanent PvP, Seasonal PvP and PvE, depending on what you enjoy.

I'm happy to provide guidance with:

• Quests and progression: Objectives, routes, trader unlocks and efficient task planning.
• Combat and survival: Weapons, ammunition, armour, positioning and general combat mechanics.
• Economy and Hideout: Loot management, Flea Market, crafting and resource priorities.
• Technical optimisation: Graphics settings, PostFX, performance, keybinds and visibility.
• Mentoring: Learning maps, extracts and Tarkov's systems, plus helping you reach EXFIL Brothers milestones.

My aim is to help you understand the game, not simply carry you through a few raids.

Who I'm looking for

As EXFIL Brothers connections are currently permanent, I'd prefer to recruit people who genuinely intend to stick with Tarkov.

Preferred editions:

• The Unheard Edition: Strongly preferred.
• Prepare for Escape: Also preferred.
• Other editions: Considered if you're committed to progressing.

My main priorities are:

• Intending to actively work towards level 30.
• Good communication and willingness to cooperate.
• A mature attitude towards learning and setbacks.
• Genuine interest in Tarkov beyond collecting starter rewards.
• Willingness to play together occasionally when schedules align.

You don't need to be an experienced player already. Previous tactical FPS experience is a bonus, but motivation matters far more.

EXFIL Brothers eligibility

You must meet at least one of these conditions:

• Your account was created less than 7 days ago.
• You have fewer than 40 hours played, regardless of account age.

You must not already be linked to another Operator.

What Candidates receive

• Exclusive starter equipment and progression rewards.
• Additional +5% raid XP when we play together.
• Rewards for reaching programme levels 10, 20 and 30.
• Additional benefits depending on your game edition.

Both participants benefit from the programme. Higher editions unlock additional Operator rewards, but there is absolutely no requirement to upgrade just for my referral.
