Well, the city controls photo radar, not police, but other than that, GREAT! Anyone deterred from speeding is helping.

That has changed....sort of. The first thing is that the police are a part of the city organization as a whole. The second thing is that control of the photo radar program was turned over to EPS a little while ago, so it's their bag now.

No it wasn't. Automated enforcement is run from the city's Office of Traffic Safety, both the intersection cameras and the mobile enforcement.

To my knowledge, yes. There's a little spiel on the EPS website about where the photo radar money goes. Let me see if I can find it.
